Shipping Policy

Shipping: We are happy to offer a $12 flat rate for most ground shipping within the lower 48 of the United States. In stock items (excluding furniture)* typically ship within 2-5 days and will arrive in 7-10 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Email us for a custom quote to Alaska or Hawaii.

While we work with many different designers/artists/vendors, your packages may arrive separately and delivery time will vary depending on the product. Most shipments are sent via FedEx, but some may arrive UPS or USPS. We will keep you updated on all orders including any late arrivals and custom order eta’s. For second day and next day air options, email us for a custom quote.

*Other exclusions include custom orders, made-to-order product, original artwork, and artist collaborations depending on the designer/artist/vendor and the request.

While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order. In addition to our own processing timeline, your order may encounter delays from our shipping partners due to Covid-19, and high volume of eCommerce orders. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive before contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Preorder: Preorder items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only, and are subject to change as we encounter delays. These items are also subject to additional shipping charges. Some preorder items have additional processing lead times once the items become in stock, and may not ship immediately.

International Orders: We currently do not ship outside of the US with some exceptions. Please email us if you have any inquiries and we can provide a quote if applicable.

Furniture: Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. ”In stock” refers to the availability in the vendors warehouse, however lead time is dependant on the state of delivery and the vendor shipping methods. Since the shipping time frame of each product varies and we will contact you with the estimated processing time before the item leaves the warehouse. Once items are in transit, they may take an additional 1-4 weeks for the item to make it to your home. After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery. In-home delivery and white-glove delivery options within the US are available for select furniture for additional fees otherwise all oversized items will be delivered curbside. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.

Original Artwork: In-home delivery within greater Los Angeles only is available for original artwork coming from our local art studio. Contact Us if interested in a shipping quote outside of LA.

Artist Collaborations: Lead times for any artist collaboration will vary based on the location of the artist and the production time as most items are custom or made to order.

Scheduled Deliveries: All furniture, original artwork, and custom orders require scheduling delivery.

Fabric swatches and fragrance samples, if available, ship for free.
