A Message of Hope and Care
First, we hope that you are staying safe and staying home. We hope that you are staying close to your friends and family in creative ways and taking care of the communities that you care about. We are taking this time to create, build, and reconnect with the things that we may not have made time for before. We are supporting local businesses in NY and LA as much as possible by donating, ordering take out, and placing online orders.
Second, as a small business, we are still doing all we can to fulfill orders in a timely manner. We tremendously appreciate your patience and support. As we source from many different vendors, artists, and makers, the lead times can significantly vary. If any order is going to take longer than the standard 7-10 business days we will notify you immediately. If you need to cancel due to wait time, we will be flexible with your request. Overall, you may receive separate shipments on varying days.
Next, some aspects of the interior design community in Los Angeles is under duress and the future is unclear of many of our colleagues and collaborators. We encourage everyone to support local businesses as much as possible. Working from home has changed the way we live and the way we buy. We are fortunate to be able to offer you online design and shopping, but not all businesses can. As our cities reopen, we look forward to future collaboration with you and feel free to reach out with any questions, requests, or just a simple hello!
Finally, recent times may have changed our projects and goals for the year, but it has not stopped them! We will continue to grow with new ideas on the horizon as we shift some of our focuses. We hope that you continue to be a part of franklinAve and it’s future. We respect that we are all experiencing a different situation during the COVID-19 crises. Ware doing our best to connect with everyone whether it is through social media, a personal project, a photograph, new decor for your home, a creative journey, or even just a friendly message.
A sincere thank you,
Kristy
